LAKELAND, FL — City of Lakeland contractors will begin milling and resurfacing work on Lake Hollingsworth Drive starting Monday, April 20.
The project covers Lake Hollingsworth Drive from Palmola Street, around the north side of the lake near Florida Southern College, to the roundabout at Lake Hollingsworth Road.
During milling and paving operations, the roadway will be reduced to one lane with traffic flowing in one direction eastbound from E. Belmar Street to the roundabout. Traffic control signs, detours, and flaggers will be in place to direct motorists.
The work is scheduled for completion on Friday, April 24.
