PLANT CITY, FL — Drivers traveling on eastbound Interstate 4 should prepare for overnight detours next week as the Florida Department of Transportation will temporarily close the eastbound Exit 25 ramp to County Line Road for paving work.
The nightly closures are scheduled from Sunday, July 19, through Thursday, July 23, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., weather permitting.

During the closures, motorists wishing to access County Line Road from eastbound I-4 will need to exit at Exit 22, turn right onto Park Road, then left onto U.S. 92 (Baker Street) and continue east to County Line Road.
FDOT said the temporary closures are necessary to pave the eastbound I-4 exit ramp in Hillsborough County.
Drivers are encouraged to slow down, remain alert, and use caution while traveling through the construction zone.
