Auburndale Police Seek Suspect Who Allegedly Keyed a Car at Love’s Travel Stop

AUBURNDALE, FL – The Auburndale Police Department (APD) is asking for help identifying a suspect who keyed a car at Love’s Travel Stop, 1800 Hwy 559, on March 11, 2025 (Case #24-5475).

After a verbal dispute over loud music, the suspect followed the victim into the store, then keyed the victim’s car on the bumper and driver’s side before fleeing in a silver four-door sedan with a sunroof.

The suspect is an unknown white male with a dark full beard, wearing a green t-shirt with a logo on the back and “SM” on the front, a black NY Yankees cap worn backwards, and black shorts. Surveillance images show him inside the store.
