KISSIMMEE, FL — Deputies are investigating a shooting that left one man critically injured early Tuesday morning at an extended stay hotel along West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 4:53 a.m. to 7735 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway at the Extended Stay Suites after receiving reports of a shooting.
When deputies arrived, they located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Celebration Hospital in critical condition.
Investigators said an adult male is currently being interviewed in connection to the incident. Authorities stated the scene has been secured and there is no immediate threat to the community.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional details are expected to be released as they become available.
