Tampa, FL (June 14, 2025) – The Tampa Police Department is investigating a homicide after a shooting this morning.
At 3:01am, officers responded to the 6800 block of Adamo Drive for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they located an adult male in his early 30’s with upper body trauma. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The early investigation revealed there was an altercation before the shooting and both parties involved are known to one another. The shooter, an adult male, is cooperating with the investigation. This is an active investigation. Additional details will be provided when available.
