Polk City, FL – A semi-truck has overturned at the intersection of Bay Lake Resort Rd and C. Fred Jones Blvd in Polk City, near Interstate 4 and Love’s Truck Shop, causing significant traffic disruptions in the area. The incident occurred at approximately 5:19 PM.
According to Polk County Fire Rescue, approximately 50-100 gallons of diesel fuel have spilled as a result of the accident. One individual has been transported to a local hospital for treatment. Nothing further at this time.
