

Sunday, June 29, 2025 – A new disturbance has been identified off the Southeastern U.S. Coastline with a 20% chance of cyclone formation within the next seven days. As of 8:00 AM today, an area of low pressure could develop from a remnant frontal boundary near or along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.
Some gradual tropical or subtropical development may occur as the system drifts slowly just off the U.S. coastline toward the end of this week into next weekend. The likelihood of formation within the next 48 hours is near 0 percent.
