Tampa, FL – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 announces that the westbound I-4 ramp to northbound I-275 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15, and Thursday, October 16, 2025, weather permitting.
Motorists are directed to continue west on I-4, take Exit 45A toward Downtown East, proceed south on Orange Avenue, turn left on Cass Street, and then left on Orange Connector to access northbound I-275.
The closures are required for maintenance activities as part of the Downtown Tampa Interchange (I-275/I-4) Safety and Operational Improvements project. Drivers are advised to exercise caution in the work zone and stay alert for pedestrians and construction workers.
