The Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported that 19 individuals were arrested in a major drug trafficking operation involving multiple law enforcement agencies.
Seized Items:
• 6 pounds of fentanyl
• 4 pounds of cocaine
• 9 firearms, including 1 stolen
• $50,000 in cash
Drug Origins:
• Cocaine sourced from Puerto Rico
• Fentanyl sourced from Mexico and California
The suspects face serious charges, including trafficking fentanyl and cocaine, as well as conspiracy to traffic drugs, with each facing a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 20 to 25 years. Nothing further at this time.
