Orlando, FL – On July 12, 2025, a fatal crash occurred involving a 2024 Yamaha YZF690 motorcycle and an unoccupied 2004 Freightliner truck. The incident took place on Tradeshow Boulevard near the intersection of South Kirkman Road and Universal Boulevard.
According to authorities, the motorcycle was traveling southbound on South Kirkman Road and continued through the intersection onto Tradeshow Boulevard.
For reasons yet to be determined, the rider veered off the roadway to the left, entering the northbound shoulder. The front of the motorcycle subsequently collided with the rear of the truck, which was parked on the shoulder.
The rider of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased at the scene. No other individuals were involved in the crash, as the truck was unoccupied at the time. The cause of the incident remains under investigation by local authorities.
