Man Convicted for Sexual Battery and Lewd Molestation Eli Howard, 40, was convicted of sexual battery and lewd molestation. Howard inappropriately touched the victim when she was between the age of 13-14 years old.
Howard groomed the victim on multiple occasions to perform sexual acts and in exchange Howard told her she could get whatever she wanted. Howard was sentenced to Life in prison on April 16th.
