Wesley Chapel, FL – A 17-year-old male from Land O Lakes died in a collision on southbound Interstate 75 north of County Road 54, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on October 30, 2025, at approximately 10:10 a.m.
The motorcyclist, operating a Kawasaki motorcycle in the outside lane, changed lanes and struck the passenger side of a tractor-trailer traveling in the center lane. The tractor-trailer was driven by a 65-year-old man from Crystal River.
The motorcyclist overturned and was struck by the undercarriage of the tractor-trailer. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Nothing further at this time.
