KISSIMMEE, FL – February 16, 2026 – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a suspect following a shooting incident that left two brothers in critical condition.
On February 14, 2026, at approximately 11:20 p.m., deputies responded to reports of a shooting on Carter Drive in Kissimmee, Florida.
Upon arrival, deputies located a 31-year-old male who had been struck multiple times by gunfire. Deputies later learned that a 27-year-old male, also with multiple gunshot wounds, had been transported to the hospital by family members.
The two victims are brothers and remain in critical condition at Osceola Regional Hospital.
Deputies located a 55-year-old male, identified as Marlon Zetino (DOB: July 9, 1970), at a residence on Carter Drive. Following further investigation, detectives determined that Zetino was the suspect responsible for shooting the two men.
The incident was preceded by a verbal altercation.
Zetino was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on two counts of attempted murder and one count of discharging a firearm in public.
