Traffic Alert: Chestnut Road in Lakeland to Close for 2 Weeks

A portion of Chestnut Road is scheduled to close at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20 for drainage improvements.

Chestnut Road will be closed between Chestnut Woods Drive and Marveline Drive in Lakeland until drainage improvements are completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 6:59 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3.

The closure is part of a City of Lakeland Water Utilities Division project.
