KISSIMMEE, FL – Two 18-year-old women were arrested following an illegal house party in Kissimmee where deputies investigated a reported shooting involving a 17-year-old victim, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded on May 3, 2026, at approximately 5:23 p.m. to 1414 Thunderbird Road after receiving reports of a large house party at the residence. While the first deputy on scene was speaking with Curtis Security officers, a gunshot was heard, causing partygoers to flee the home. Deputies then entered the residence to investigate.
No victims were located inside the home, but deputies recovered a firearm and alcohol from the residence. A 17-year-old male later arrived at Orlando Health Hospital in Davenport with a gunshot wound to his leg.

Investigators said the victim refused to cooperate with detectives and did not provide information about how he was shot. Detectives later determined a shooting had occurred upstairs inside the residence.
Following witness interviews, detectives arrested Katty Francois, 18, of Orlando, and Neika St. Louis, 18, of Orlando. Both were charged with open house party violations and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Authorities said Florida Statute 856.015 makes it unlawful for a person in control of a residence to allow an open house party where minors consume alcohol or drugs without taking reasonable steps to stop it. Florida Statute 827.04(1)(a) prohibits knowingly contributing to the delinquency of a child.

A third suspect, Robert David White, 19, of Orlando, was also arrested at the scene. Deputies said White was stopped outside the residence carrying a backpack with three other males. During the investigation, deputies learned White had previously been charged earlier this year by the Orlando Police Department with unlawful possession of a firearm.
Detectives later obtained a warrant to search the backpack and located a handgun and prepackaged marijuana inside. White was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of a weapon during the commission of a third-degree felony.
All three suspects were booked into the Osceola County Jail. The investigation into the shooting remains active.
