According to the Lake Alfred Police, the rider of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition at this time, with injuries including broken bones and lacerations.
It has been confirmed that there were no students on the bus at the time of the crash.

The Lake Alfred Police and Polk County Fire Rescue responded to a school bus vs motorcycle accident at the intersection of 1000 Buena Vista Dr N, Lake Alfred, FL, and Evenhouse Rd.
Authorities arrived on the scene at approximately 7:30 AM and attended to an adult who was injured in the collision with the school bus. This individual was transported to a local hospital via trauma alert, according to Polk County Fire Rescue Public Information Officer.
It is unclear whether any students were on the bus at the time of the accident. The Lake Alfred Police are investigating. We are actively communicating with authorities and will provide an update.
