Brooksville, FL — A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the 15000 block of Wiscon Road, west of Mullers Road.
According to authorities, Vehicle 1, described as possibly a Ford pickup or SUV, was traveling westbound on Wiscon Road when it struck a pedestrian walking along the edge of the roadway.
The pedestrian, a 54-year-old woman from Brooksville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver fled the scene following the collision. The vehicle involved has not been located.
