Osceola County, FL — Brian Louis, a former school bus attendant, was arrested on April 16, 2025, on battery charges for inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reported.
On March 10, surveillance footage from Bus 428 reportedly showed Louis sitting in the same row as the 5-year-old girl, “touching the girl’s face, pinching her cheeks, placing his finger on her mouth, tickling her, hugging her, and pressing his face against her face and neck area—apparently kissing her,” according to deputies.
On March 11, a video captured Louis kissing several girls on the cheek while helping them off the bus at school.
Louis, employed by the district since August 2022, is no longer employed. He is being held without bond at the Osceola County Department of Corrections.
On April 17, a judge barred him from contacting victims, approaching the school, or possessing weapons.
The Osceola County School District is cooperating with law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing. Nothing further at this time.
