Justin Cole of Lakeland has been sentenced in the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court for the charge of exposure of sexual organs. The sentencing includes 270 days in jail, 12 months of probation, a 25-hour behavior health class, 8 weeks of community service, and a letter of apology to the victim within 45 days.
An arrest affidavit dated March 4, 2025, details that a deputy from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident near Combee Rd, Lakeland, FL, at approximately 2:51 a.m.
The exposure occurred in the victim’s vehicle while she was working for Lyft. The victim reported picking up Cole from a Walmart at 5800 US 98 North. While driving, the victim observed the defendant with his pants pulled down to his thighs, using both hands on his penis, and witnessed Cole masturbating. Cole stated his private parts were uncomfortable and pulled down his pants to make it more comfortable.
The defendant was charged with FSS 800.03 Exposure of sexual organs and transported to Polk County Processing Center without further incident. No further at this time.
