KISSIMMEE, FL — A 22-year-old Kissimmee man with two prior convictions for exposing himself was arrested Monday after allegedly exposing his penis to a 9-year-old girl inside a Ross Dress for Less store.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the store at 3231 Vineland Road on May 19, 2026, after receiving a report of a man exposing his sexual organs.
The victim’s father told deputies his daughter ran up to him crying and said a man had exposed his penis to her. The girl pointed out the suspect, who was then physically detained by the girl’s father and another bystander until law enforcement arrived.
The suspect was identified as Anthony Santana (DOB: 08/05/2003). Deputies reported he was wearing ripped pajama pants with no underwear underneath. When asked why he was being detained, Santana reportedly stated it was “likely something sexual in nature.”Santana was arrested and charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs (second offense), a felony. He was transported to the Osceola County Jail.
Court records show Santana was adjudicated guilty on February 12, 2026, in Seminole County on two counts of exposure of sexual organs. In those cases, he was accused of masturbating in front of adult women in a parking lot.Detectives noted that Santana drives a red 2003 Mustang, the same vehicle associated with his previous incidents.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have had unwanted sexual contact or interactions with Anthony Santana to contact detectives. Authorities believe there may be additional victims in the community.
