LAKELAND, FL — Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital will host a hiring event for registered nurses, nursing-school graduates, and select specialty positions on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
The event will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the hospital’s Emergency Department entrance, located at 4000 Lakeland Highlands Road in Lakeland. Walk-ins are welcome, and applicants are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their resume.
Hiring managers will be on-site and available to conduct same-day interviews with qualified candidates.
The hospital is recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments, including Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and intervention units, Cardiac Invasive Technicians, Catheterization Laboratory registered nurses, Circulating registered nurses, Labor and Delivery registered nurses, and other specialty roles.

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital is scheduled to open next month and will expand healthcare services in the Lakeland area.
