The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an off-duty employee after he was seen exposing his genitalia while in his personal vehicle outside of Brandon Exchange.
On July 22, 2025, at 7:16 p.m., our 911 Communications Center received a call regarding the above incident, which occurred in the parking lot near the food court of the mall. When deputies arrived, they arrested Timothy Feller, 48, who works as a Network Analyst within the Information Services Division.
Feller is being charged with:
• Exposure of Sexual Organs
Feller is currently on administrative leave without pay, pending an internal investigation.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
