St. Petersburg Man Arrested for Possessing Illegal Videos
St. Petersburg — A 21 year old St. Pete man, Cristian Sengaroun, was arrested after detectives found 10 videos on his cell phone depicting sexual activities involving animals. The arrest followed a cyber tip about Sengaroun purchasing the videos using his digital bank account.

Sengaroun, born November 6, 2003, faces 10 counts of Sexual Activity Involving Animals. A search warrant led to the discovery of the illegal content on his personal device.
Recently hired as a seasonal part-time employee at the Walter Fuller Recreation Center, Sengaroun passed a Level 2 background screening required for childcare workers under Florida Statutes Chapter 435. His employment was terminated immediately upon his arrest.

Authorities confirm there is no evidence suggesting any involvement or impact on participants at the recreation center. The investigation is ongoing. Nothing further at this time.
