

Davenport, FL – On July 23, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM, Davenport Police Department officers responded to a reported robbery at 114 Stewart Road. Upon arrival, officers interviewed the reported victim, 24-year-old Johnathan Guadalupe Uribe, who provided inconsistent details about the incident.
During the investigation, officers observed several hundred dollars in U.S. currency scattered in the front yard and suspected marijuana on the living room floor of the residence. When questioned about the presence of illegal narcotics, Uribe became uncooperative.

Davenport Police detectives executed a search warrant at the residence, recovering 662 grams of packaged marijuana, 683 packaged THC vape devices, scales, and baggies commonly used for the sale and distribution of narcotics. The seized contraband has an estimated street value of $15,000.
Johnathan Uribe was arrested and charged with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Sell, Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Drug House. Both possession with intent to sell and maintaining a drug house are felony offenses under Florida law. Nothing further at this time.
