Circle B Bar Reserve and Polk’s Nature Discovery Center, located at 4399 Winter Lake Road in Lakeland, will be closed to the public on Jan. 15, for the annual Water, Wings and Wild Things Kids Festival, a youth education event for Polk County second graders.
More than 2,000 second grade students will visit Circle B Bar Reserve to learn about careers in science, participate in nature-based activities and explore our natural and water resources.
The closure of Circle B Bar Reserve and Polk’s Nature Discovery Center includes all trails and parking lots. Those interested in learning more about Polk County Parks and Natural Resources Division can call 863-534-7377.
