St. Petersburg, FL – On July 13, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., St. Petersburg Police arrested Danielle Newton, 22, on charges of child neglect causing bodily harm. The arrest followed an incident involving a five-year-old girl in Newton’s care who was hospitalized after ingesting THC gummies.
