Tampa, FL – March 10, 2025 – Tampa International Airport just snagged the top Customer Experience Award in North America for airports with 15 to 25 million passengers, making it two years in a row according to the Airports Council International, and Airport Service Quality Awards 2024. Over 600,000 passengers from 400 airports gave their feedback, delighted about TPA’s cleanliness, friendly staff, and easy navigation, thanks to its awesome facilities and smooth vibes.
Last year, TPA saw 23.4 million passengers, up 7% from before. This win, part of the ASQ Awards’ 20th anniversary, comes with stats showing TPA in the top 20% of its group based on over 30 performance markers.
