Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Kissimmee Man on Child Solicitation Charges

KISSIMMEE, FL – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 37-year-old Zachary Jordan Lazzell (DOB: 10/22/1988) on December 11, 2025, following an investigation into online solicitation of minors.

The investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) notified the Sheriff’s Office of reports of an individual soliciting minors and guardians of minors for unlawful sexual activity.

Detectives executed a search warrant at Lazzell’s residence in the Windmill Point subdivision in Kissimmee. Digital evidence recovered during the search revealed online conversations in which Lazzell expressed interest in incest with minors and attempted to engage in sexual activity with an individual he believed was the parent or guardian of a 9-year-old child.

Lazzell was charged with:

  • One count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony
  • One count of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure, or entice a parent/guardian to consent to a minor’s sexual conduct

He was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond set.

The case remains under investigation.
