KISSIMMEE, FL — On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Yezmar Angeanis Ramos-Figueroa (DOB: 7/17/2003), a physical education teacher at Central Point Christian Academy in Kissimmee.
Ramos-Figueroa was charged with transmission of material harmful to a minor by electronic device and transmission of obscenity, both third-degree felonies.
The investigation began in mid-October 2025 after the victim’s mother reported inappropriate contact between Ramos-Figueroa and her 13-year-old child, a student at the school. Detectives interviewed the victim and recovered text messages and photographs sent by Ramos-Figueroa to the minor’s phone.
On the morning of November 26, 2025, Ramos-Figueroa met with detectives for an interview and admitted to sending the texts and one photograph to the minor.
Following the interview, she was transported to the Osceola County Jail and booked.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office stated that detectives are asking anyone with information about additional contact between Ramos-Figueroa and other minors to call 407-348-2222. Nothing further at this time.
