Bartow, FL – The Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court is participating in the statewide Operation Green Light initiative, offering a one-week waiver of outside collection agency fees on unpaid court fines and traffic tickets for customers who pay in full.
The waiver applies only during the event period, after which customers can proceed with reinstating their driver’s licenses.
Operation Green Light runs from Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 7, with daily hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Extended hours until 6 p.m. are available on Tuesday, November 4.
