Lakeland, FL, October 22, 2025 — Polk State Soccer players Janessa Crespo and Marie Narewski were named to the All-FCSAA Team. Both rank among the top five scorers in the state.
Crespo, a sophomore from Davenport, leads the FCSAA with 10 assists, the highest for a Polk State player since 2022, and ranks in the top 10 nationally. She has seven goals, placing fifth in the state, and 24 points, ranking third.
Narewski, a freshman from Wiesbaden, Germany, leads Polk State with nine goals. She scored in the 87th minute against Miami Dade College on September 11 for a draw and against then-No. 6 Eastern Florida State College on September 16 for a win. She ranks fourth in the FCSAA with 22 points and fifth with 33 shots.
Polk State faces No. 1 Daytona State College, the reigning national champion, in the FCSAA Tournament on Thursday. The winner advances to play either Miami Dade or Eastern Florida State for the championship on Saturday.
