Bradenton, FL – On August 5, 2025, Manatee County Sheriff’s Office detectives initiated a search for 27-year-old Courtney Faith Stanley following a theft investigation at the Walmart located at 6225 State Road 64 East in Bradenton. During the incident, Stanley fled from deputies in a vehicle with her 2-year-old daughter, Amara, who was unrestrained.
While evading arrest, Stanley struck a deputy, knocking them to the ground. Authorities believe Amara may be in danger due to the circumstances of the case. The investigation remains ongoing as deputies continue efforts to locate Stanley and her daughter.
