Winter Haven Man Convicted of Trafficking Fentanyl and Amphetamine

10th Judicial Circuit Press Release:

Jordan Rogers, 22, was recently convicted by a Polk County Jury of Trafficking in Dangerous Fentanyl over 28 grams, Trafficking in Amphetamine over 200 grams, and Actual or Constructive Possession of a Structure used for Trafficking.

On June 22, 2023, a search warrant was conducted on Rogers’ home in Winter Haven. Detectives found a lock box in Rogers’ bedroom containing baggies filled with Fentanyl and Amphetamine. The street value of fentanyl found was over $15,000. Rogers is scheduled to be sentenced on April 16th.
