Winter Haven, FL – January 24, 2026 – Shortly before 1 a.m. this Saturday morning, Winter Haven fire crews were dispatched to a fire involving a manufactured home located on Prestwick Place in Winter Haven.
Upon arrival, firefighters observed active flames showing from the structure. The two occupants—a man and a woman—had already exited the home safely and sustained no injuries.
Crews immediately began fire attack operations from the ground and utilized aerial ladder operations. The fire was brought under control, with crews continuing to extinguish remaining hotspots and active flames located within void spaces of the structure.
The fire was confined to the single manufactured home. No adjacent structures were affected.
The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
