KISSIMMEE, FL – On Saturday, March 14, 2026, at approximately 1:26 a.m., Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting at a residence in the Veranda Palms subdivision, off Shanti Drive, Kissimmee.
Deputies located a 17-year-old male victim who had been shot and was found lying near the swimming pool. The victim was transported to Osceola Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
The victim was identified as Qvarious Savion McCloud, 17, of Orlando.
McCloud was present at an Airbnb rental property hosting a house party at the time of the incident.
The investigation is active and ongoing. No suspects have been named or arrested.
Detectives are requesting information from anyone who was at the residence during the early morning hours of March 14, 2026, or who has knowledge of the events. They are specifically seeking:
- Video or audio recordings made at the party
- Names or contact information of other attendees
- Any additional details about individuals present
Investigators believe the majority of party attendees were residents of Orange County.
