Tampa Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened last night.
On February 15th, 2026, officers were called to a home on the 3000 block of W Spruce Street for a report of a man who had been shot. When they arrived, they found an adult male in his mid-30’s shot. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
While still early in the investigation, detectives believe there was an argument before the shooting among a group of known people. Investigators are currently working to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting, and each person’s involvement. Investigators did recover a firearm from the scene. This is believed to be an isolated incident.
