Polk County Parks and Recreation invites the community to join in the celebration, which begins with a brief ceremony and a ceremonial first kick to mark the occasion. The newly renovated fields promise to be a hub for local sports and family activities, showcasing Polk County’s commitment to enhancing community spaces.
Following the opening program, the event will feature the “Battle of the Badges,” a lively flag football game pitting Polk County Fire Rescue against the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
