WINTER HAVEN, FL — Polk County Animal Control will host Pet Fest 2025 on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control facility, 7115 De Castro Road, Winter Haven, off the Polk Parkway Winter Lake Road exit.
More than 100 dogs and cats will be available for free adoption. Each adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, microchip, and county license. Leashes and cat carriers will be provided at no cost, and every adopted pet will receive one holiday ornament.
The first 100 attendees may receive one free microchip for their existing pets on a first-come, first-served basis.
Approximately 30 vendors will offer food, services, and pet-related items. Santa Claus will be available for photographs with or without pets.
