Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Arrest: Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

KISSIMMEE, FL – January 20, 2026 – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit arrested Steven Michael Pagan, born May 6, 1998, on charges related to possession of child sexual abuse material.

The investigation began after the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a notification from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The report indicated an individual was file-sharing child sexual abuse material and soliciting others online for such material.

Detectives identified the suspect as Steven Pagan through the subsequent investigation.

On January 20, 2026, ICAC detectives executed a residential search warrant at a residence in the Kindred Community in Kissimmee, Florida.

Evidence obtained during the search led to charges against Pagan of four counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Pagan was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond set.

The investigation remains ongoing.
