Osceola County Opens $12.2 Million Fire Station 83 in Poinciana

Osceola County Fire Rescue & EMS (OSCFR) placed Fire Station 83 into service on February 4, 2026. The station is located on North Marigold Avenue in the Poinciana community.

This brings the total number of fire stations in service with OSCFR to 19. Station 83 is the department’s newest facility and the seventh fire station project completed in the last three years.

Since 2023, four brand-new stations have opened: Station 67 (Boggy Creek), Station 45 (Calypso Cay), Station 75 (Funie Steed), and Station 83 (North Marigold). New facilities for three existing stations were also completed: Station 85 (Cypress Parkway), Station 71 (Four Corners), and Station 43 (Campbell City).

The Station 83 construction project cost $12.2 million and broke ground in December 2024. Project partners included BRPH Architects, Ardmore Roderick, and Balfour Beatty. A ceremonial uncoupling was held with Osceola County leaders.
