Orlando Police Release Body Cam of Deadly Tattoo Shop Raid

Orlando Police Dept News Release:

The Orlando Police Department was involved in an officer-involved shooting on November 14, 2025, at 4864 Edgewater Drive. OPD SWAT was serving a search warrant at a tattoo shop related to illegal drug and firearms activity involving multiple suspects.

The investigation began on September 17, 2025, after an anonymous tip reported illegal narcotics sales. On September 19, officers responded to a suspicious incident involving reported drug transactions. Over the next two months, surveillance of the business and its social media accounts showed hand-to-hand drug transactions, recovered narcotics during two related traffic stops, and posts depicting firearms and illegal drugs.

Officers identified nine individuals linked to ongoing narcotics sales, with criminal histories including burglary, armed robbery, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, sex offenses, drug offenses, auto theft, and aggravated assault.

After obtaining a search warrant, OPD SWAT arrived around 2 p.m. on November 14. At about 2:05 p.m., officers saw a registered gang member – unrelated to the warrant – run from the rear of the business with an AK-47-style rifle. Officers issued commands, he did not comply, and they fired multiple rounds. He fled back inside and was not injured.

About an hour later, SWAT entered the building and found one deceased individual, identified as Kaleb Williams (DOB 09/09/2005), who was associated with the warrant. Williams was near the rear door when officers fired at the armed individual. A stolen firearm was found on his body.

The search warrant resulted in the recovery of five additional firearms, multiple boxes of ammunition, 190 grams of cannabis (some prepackaged), one case of NARCAN, and paraphernalia including scales and a vacuum sealer with bags.

Of the eight other individuals linked to the warrant, three were found inside. Charges for them and for the armed gang member are pending the investigation.
