Clearwater, FL – On early Saturday morning, June 28, at approximately 5 A.M, Clearwater Police responded to a fatal shooting at Granada Apartments, located at 2010 Kings Highway.
According to the Clearwater Police Department’s preliminary investigation, the incident occurred during an armed home invasion. An armed suspect, identified as Rudolfo Bautisto Espinoza (DOB 9-25-1988) of Clearwater, forced entry into an apartment and demanded money. The 45-year-old resident retrieved a firearm and shot Espinoza, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
