Treasure Island, FL – On August 11, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Treasure Island Fire Rescue, Treasure Island Police Department, and additional fire agencies responded to a report of a possible drowning near 126th Avenue on Treasure Island Beach.
According to authorities, bystanders located a male floating in the water and brought him to shore. Emergency personnel arrived and performed life-saving measures. Sunstar Paramedics transported the individual to Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg.
The condition of the patient is currently unknown.
The Treasure Island Police Department is investigating the incident. No further details are available at this time.
