Polk County Fire Rescue :
On March 20, Polk County Fire Rescue responded to a residential structure fire on David Street in Lake Wales. Crews were dispatched at 3:16 p.m. and upon arrival observed a fully involved single story residential structure. PCFR had water on the fire within two minutes of arriving on scene and had it under control at 3:51 p.m.
There were no injuries to firefighters or residents. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Florida State Fire Marshal’s office
