Kissimmee, Florida – October 28, 2025 – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Javier Colon-Soto, born May 9, 2004, on October 27, 2025, following an investigation into the distribution and solicitation of child sexual abuse material.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) notified the Sheriff’s Office of an incident involving file sharing and online solicitation of child sexual abuse material. The suspect generated 18 Cyber Tips in connection with the activity. Detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit initiated the probe.
On October 27, 2025, ICAC detectives executed a residential search warrant at a home in the Doral Pointe neighborhood of Kissimmee, Florida. The investigation identified Colon-Soto as the suspect. Evidence recovered led to charges of 23 counts of possession of photo or video depicting sexual performance by a child, and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
Colon-Soto was booked into Osceola County Jail on a zero-bond hold. The investigation remains active.
