KISSIMMEE, FL – Osceola County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a 19-year-old Kissimmee man accused of promoting illegal house parties connected to two deadly shootings involving teenagers earlier this year.
According to OCSO, Jeremiah Kelly-Alexander Richmond, 19, was arrested Wednesday by the OCSO Fugitive Unit and U.S. Marshals in Osceola County on an outstanding warrant issued by homicide detectives.
Detectives said Richmond allegedly promoted and operated two illegal open house parties where separate fatal shootings occurred in 2026.
The first shooting happened on March 14 in the Veranda Palms subdivision, where 17-year-old Qvarious McCloud of Orlando was shot and killed during an illegal house party. The second deadly shooting occurred on April 18 at another illegal house party off Sommerset Hills Drive in Davenport, where Daesean Anthony Moctezuma was fatally shot.

Investigators said Richmond has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tampering with evidence. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
The Sheriff’s Office stated that Richmond allegedly continued promoting illegal house parties even after the two deadly shootings occurred.
Both homicide investigations remain active. Detectives are asking anyone with information related to either case to contact Crimeline or the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
