The City of Kissimmee’s February Lunch and Learn is titled “Your Guide to Development & Special Event Permits” and will provide a high-level overview of the City’s development review process and special event permitting.
This session will walk through the basic steps, key requirements, and common timelines and will highlight available resources to help applicants navigate the process more efficiently. It is intended for residents, business owners, developers, and event organizers who are looking for a better understanding of how development and special event permits work.
This workshop is part of the City of Kissimmee’s Development Services Lunch and Learn Series, an initiative created to offer residents, contractors, and business owners a better understanding of the City’s development and permitting processes.

Sessions will be held at the Kissimmee City Hall Development Services Center, 101 Church Street, Kissimmee. A complimentary lunch will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required via the links below:
