Lakeland, FL – Tuesday, January 20, 2026 – A new IHOP restaurant in the Lakeland Highlands area officially opened its doors yesterday, Monday, January 19, 2026, marking the start of a week-long grand opening celebration featuring giveaways, specials, and promotional offers.
The grand opening kicked off with the first 50 guests receiving FREE IHOP FOR A YEAR!
Throughout the week (January 19–25), the location at 5280 US Hwy 98 S offers FREE BOTTOMLESS PANCAKES (Buttermilk Pancakes only) with the purchase of select breakfast combos. This dine-in promotion is valid per person, per order, for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, including IHOP Rewards Stack Market redemptions.
