The Florida Lottery announced that a Polk County resident won a $2 million top prize from a scratch-off game.
Emorie Clark, 50, of Fort Meade, claimed the prize from the $2,000,000 GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER scratch-off game. He redeemed the winning ticket at Florida Lottery Headquarters on October 7.
Clark elected to receive the winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $1,276,000.
The ticket was purchased at Mac’s Discount Beverage, located at 822 N. Charleston Ave. in Fort Meade.
