Bartow, FL – At 9:40 AM today, the Bartow Police Department responded to a report of a deceased individual in the wooded area east of Ft. Fraser Trail. Authorities are conducting a death investigation, and at this time, the circumstances do not appear to be suspicious.
The identity of the deceased has not been released, pending notification of next of kin. The investigation is ongoing, and police are working to determine the cause of death.
